Power unit of frequency converter 

Schorch series power unit is the main part of Schorch series high-voltage VFD equipment, and the conversion of voltage and frequency of power supply is completed here. The front end (AC input end) of the power unit is connected with the secondary winding of the transformer, and the transformer supplies power to the power unit. A plurality of power units with the same structure and function are connected in series to form a star-shaped three-phase HV power supply, which is used as the input power of the HV motor. After the series connection of the three-phase HV power supply, the frequency and voltage can be changed by the control of the controller, thus to realize the speed regulation of the HV motor.

Characteristics of power unit 

The early screw fixing method is no longer used for three-phase power input of the unit and the output terminal of the unit after PWM modulation; Plug-in self-locking terminals are used in the whole machine, and the disconnection and connection of the unit can be completed only by inserting two optical fibers, so it is simple and convenient for on-site personnel to maintain the equipment.
With compact structure, all the power devices are installed on a radiator, and the wires between them are connected by a composite pole plate, which reduces the distributed inductance.

The control board takes power on the DC side, and realizes all functions of power supply, control, protection and driving on one board.
