Requirements for ventilation

The main core devices in the HV VFD are power electronics, which have high requirements for ventilation and heat dissipation. In order to prolong the service life of the device, it is very important to ensure good ventilation of the device. To ensure that the converter has good heat dissipation, it is necessary to: clean the dust from the dust screen of cabinet door once every half month to ensure the smooth cooling air path. If the environmental dust pollution is serious, the regular cleaning time should be shortened; Clean the floor frequently and keep it clean; Ensure that the converter room is closed and dust is effectively isolated; Ensure that the cooling fan of frequency converter runs normally.

Requirements for cooling

Operating temperature: 0-40℃;

Air humidity: less than 90% ;

The optimum operating temperature is 25℃.
