In the original system, except that the primary fan is driven by frequency conversion, other loads are straight-up, which has a great impact on the power grid and the motor when starting up, and the long-term power frequency operation has a great wear on the mechanical parts, which increases the maintenance cost, and the energy waste caused by throttle adjustment is serious. Moreover, the failure rate is relatively high with so many straight-up starting devices. We can reform the system to driven by  HV frequency converter. Only a HV frequency converter is connected in series between the switch cabinet and the motor, and the control logic is connected in series to the background of DCS, and then the load can be adjusted in real time to meet the on-site process requirements; Also replace the original aging equipment with a high-performance HV VFD (such as Schorch HV frequency converter).
