Application of frequency converter in submersible pump

When starting, the current impact and the way of adjusting pressure/flow rate are similar to those of blower. When the submersible pump is started, the phenomenon of water hammer when it is emergency twisted or suddenly stopped is often easy to cause pipeline loosening or cracking, which may seriously damage the motor. When the motor starts/stops, it is necessary to open/close the valve to reduce the influence of water hammer. On the one hand, the pump can be prevented from working at full load for a long time, resulting in premature aging of the motor.
