Advantages and application of frequency converter in driving system of pipe belt conveyor (5)
In the long-distance multi-drive configuration of pipe belt conveyor, in addition to the above-mentioned precautions of single-drive configuration, the synchronization among all drives should also be considered, which is classified according to the connection type of master-slave load.
1. Rigid connection: refers to the gear, chain, roller or shaft coupling and other rigid connection methods, the linear speed between the master and the slave has no deviation.
2. Flexible connection: refers to connection mode of conveyor belt, slight deviation of linear speed between master and slave is allowed. Load connection type of belt conveyor: the same drum driven by master and slave is rigid connection, and the belt connection between master and slave is flexible connection in theory, but it is considered as rigid connection in practical application, and it is considered as flexible connection when the belt tension between master and slave is not tight.
In the configuration of long-distance head-to-tail drive, the commissioning of frequency converter should keep the balance of drive output, and the current deviation fed back during operation usually does not exceed 10%. Attention should be paid to adjusting the frequency converter so that its tail output is not greater than the head output. When the tail drive is greater than the head drive output, the thrust of the tape driven by the tail in the bearing section is greater than the pull of the head drive, which may lead to the twist of the tape. At the same time, problems such as oscillation, skidding and overload tripping will occur when the drive is asynchronous, and the asynchronous start is mainly due to uneven belt tension transmission.
Therefore, the time difference of belt tension transmission in long distance and complex lines should be considered, and the start-up of the tail frequency converter can be delayed appropriately. When the tension is transmitted to the tail drive will start up and accelerate, so as to keep the head-tail balance.
